Beverlee Adams is pictured here standing atop the Wingen Maid, overlooking the Dry Creek valley and “Sans Tache”.

Bev introduced the Charolais breed to the Upper Hunter using imported French semen in the early 1970s.  40 years on, the superb Sans Tache breeding herd is a tribute to her dedication and experience.

Sans Tache bulls and females have been adding dollars to the bottom lines of commercial cattle operations throughout the Hunter and Northern NSW.

Our focus is on producing affordable, commercial Charolais cattle with all of the benefits of the breed.  We do not show or register our cattle, so we have no need to supplement, shampoo or shave them.  What you see is what you get - from our paddock to yours and ready to work.
